This 5,500-square-foot penthouse occupies the top floor of a luxury condominium, offering panoramic ocean views and over 2,200 square feet of outdoor living space. Initially delivered as a construction-ready shell, the residence was reimagined to reflect refined coastal sophistication. The scope included removing builder-grade finishes, reconfiguring the layout to open the kitchen to the ocean views, and installing a custom-designed chef’s kitchen. Custom ceiling designs were crafted throughout the main living area, family room, and primary suite, while the expansive terraces were finished with porcelain feature walls, new tile flooring, and integrated lighting — transforming the residence into a truly bespoke coastal retreat.
